Reports (Home) Page

Once you are signed up and logged in to PPC Robot, the first thing you will see is the Reports page.  This serves as the home page and the place where you will be doing the majority of your tasks, so let's take a quick look at it.

As you can see, at the top there is some navigation: Reports (current/home page), Accounts, Subscription, Settings, and the notification bell and Log Out in the right corner.  Then you have two buttons below the navigation:  "+ Create A New Report" and "Create Folder".  If this is your first time logging onto PPC Robot you won't see any reports in the Filter column and Reports Browser, but once you have created numerous reports your UI will look something like this:

Now you can see all of your selected accounts in the Accounts box in the Filter column, as well as a box with all the Report Types you have created and the Platforms for which you have reports created.  These boxes also display the number of reports for each account, report type, and platform.  Filtering is a great way to quickly and easily find the report you are looking for, so for more on that go to the Reports Filter page.

Next to the Filter column you will see all your reports in the browser.  At the top you will see the navigation (currently showing Root Folder), then you have the columns: Name, Type, # of Reports, Warnings, and Last Updated.  In the last, unnamed column there are some icons for editing, running, and more.  There is a lot you can do in this section so we devoted an entire page to it, so check out the Reports Browser page for more information.

If there is an error or warning after a report has been run, the notification bell will show a red badge with the total number of errors.

If you click on the bell, a dropdown will appear with more details about the errors.  The orange highlighted errors are new and the unhighlighted are old.

Clicking on an a specific notification will open the report edit screen (error) or report output (warning) for that particular report.  You call also click on "View All Notifications" at the bottom of the dropdown to go to the Notifications Center.  There are different types of errors from generic and unknown to input and output.  For more information on error/warning notifications check out the Notifications page.

The last thing at the bottom of the screen is the help chat box which can be used if you have any questions or issues with PPC Robot.
